The Commission for Social Development will be convened at United
Nations Headquarters, New York on February 11-21, 2003.
The priority theme being considered will be:
- National and International co-operation for social development;
- Social Responsibility for the private sector;
- Impact of employment strategies on social development; and
- Policies and role of International financial institutions.
Mercy Global Concern (MGC) can offer 3 places to Sisters of Mercy.
Participants are responsible for their own accommodation and transport.
